Cultural Competency Committee

The Cultural Competency Committee (CCC) supports the Executive Board and Society leadership in fostering a professional environment where all members can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of vascular surgery. The Committee focuses on expanding opportunities, supporting fair and merit-based participation, and strengthening mentorship, leadership development, and professional growth across the Society. Through advocacy, education, and strategic initiatives, the CCC advances a culture that values excellence, collaboration, and the development of individuals committed to improving vascular health.
