SVS Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) Application Template

The SVS template was developed in partnership with the Food and Drug Administration. The SVS IDE Application Template for Sponsor-Investigators using Physician-Modified Endografts or Industry Manufactured Endovascular Systems for Infrarenal, Juxtarenal, Pararenal and Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair contains the foundation for developing an original IDE application and should be used as a general guidance in preparing the IDE for submission. SVS retains copyright and control of the template.
