SVS Women's Section

About

In 2021, the SVS approved a new membership section for women in vascular surgery. The intent of this section would be to provide an SVS-based home for members to address their specific needs, and in turn, allow a pathway for women SVS members to engage and serve the SVS. The Section's mission is to strengthen the communication and collaboration of women in vascular surgery and to enhance development and leadership skills that will permit a more robust presence for women that serve the mission of the SVS, including in leadership roles.
