Each week, the SVS will provide an updated attendee list so you can see who will be joining you at VAM24. This list provides a great opportunity to plan meet-ups and/or networking events while at VAM.

The SVS Young Surgeons Section (YSS) has worked with the VAM23 Programming Committee to put together visual promotions for this year's program. Visuals for the abstracts will be posted every Thursday beginning on March 7, and visual invited sessions will be posted every Tuesday beginning on March 12. Young vascular surgeons from outside the United States and Canada have until Dec. 31 to apply for scholarships to attend the 2023 Vascular Annual Meeting (VAM).
VAM will be held June 14–17, 2023, in National Harbor, Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C.
Members are still raving about the 2022 Vascular Annual Meeting (VAM) even while organizers seek topics for educational sessions for the 2023 edition. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
To provide potential attendees with a sneak peek at some of education that will be presented at the Vascular Annual Meeting, the Society for Vascular Surgery has launched virtual representations promoting several of its educational sessions.
Identify, develop, direct and assess postgraduate education relevant to the SVS membership in advancing the practice, curricula and scope of practice in vascular surgery at the Vascular Annual Meeting.
The Education Council and Committees oversee the development and implementation of CME activities and as such volunteers must adhere to The Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education. Per these requirements, owners, executives and employees of ineligible companies (formerly known as commercial interest) are considered to have unresolvable financial relationships and must be excluded from participating as planners or faculty. These individuals cannot influence or control any aspect of the planning, delivery, or evaluation of accredited continuing education, except in the limited circumstances outlined in Standard 3.2. All volunteers involved as planners or faculty will be required to disclose all financial relationships within the prior 24 months.
