| Active Membership (Board Certified) | Certification in Vascular Surgery by the Vascular Surgery Board of the American Board of Surgery or the Canadian equivalent. | Apply Now |
| Active Membership (Not Board Certified) |
Clinical practice is dedicated primarily to vascular surgery, as demonstrated by case logs, contributions to vascular education and/or research, participation in regional or local vascular societies, but is not certified in the specialty. |

Physicians who have a demonstrated active interest in the field of vascular disease but are not vascular surgeons, such as scientists conducting vascular research and doctors of podiatric medicine. |

Affiliate membership is available to non-physicians who have demonstrated an active interest in the field of vascular disease, including, but not limited to: vascular nurses, PAs, technologists and hospital administrators |

Membership applications are now reviewed on a quarterly basis. Deadlines are on the first of the month in March, June, September and December.
