Location and Lodging
The site of the 2020 Vascular Annual Meeting is the Metro Toronto Convention Centre located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All VAM activities will be in the South building, located at 222 Bremner Street. All official hotels are within walking distance of the South building.

Passport Requirements

All U.S. residents entering Canada will be required to travel with a valid passport. Your passport expiration date may not be within six months of your travel dates. For additional information (including passport requirements for international travelers), please visit the Canada Border Services Agency’s website.


Abstract Submissions
The VAM20 abstract submission site will open in November, 2019. 

Housing and Registration sites will open early March, 2020

Vascular Annual Meeting registration services will be provided by CompuSystems (CSI) and housing services will be provided by MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade).

Accept no substitutes! 
Please be aware that there are companies out there that claim to provide housing and registration services for the Vascular Annual Meeting that are not affiliated with SVS in any way. These companies will send fax notices, e-mail transmissions or phone calls that offer cut-rate housing for the Vascular Annual Meeting. The author's apparent intent is to convince unsuspecting attendees that the offer is made on behalf of SVS. It is not. Everyone loves a bargain. Poaching housing blocks, however, is not about better prices - it is about highly suspect ethics and service. 

When SVS secures sleeping rooms at hotels for the Vascular Annual Meeting, it does so in order to assure that our attendees and exhibitors are adequately accommodated. SVS also needs the hotels for meeting space for the numerous committee and industry meetings. This involves contracting the rooms and space with many hotels, but doing so exposes us to cancellation and attrition policies. Please support SVS' efforts to thwart the efforts of room block poachers by making housing arrangements through MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade).

Alumni and Committee Receptions

SVS is pleased to reserve the evening hours of Thursday, June 18 for alumni, committee, and group receptions. As an alternative, alumni organizations are eligible to purchase tables or tickets to the Second Annual SVS Foundation’s Gala event scheduled for Friday, June 19. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

Alumni reception arrangements enable attendees who may be members of more than one alumni association or group to frequent multiple receptions. SVS requests that receptions begin after 7:00 pm so as not to conflict with the SVS Opening Reception.

When available, please complete the alumni meeting space request form and email to SVS. Upon receipt of the request, a space release letter will be generated to the hotel with a copy to the host organization.

There is no rental charge to secure a meeting room. However, all additional costs associated with alumni reception events are the responsibility of the host organization.
