Make a Memorial Donation
Make a donation in memory of a loved one. Upon making an ‘In Memory’ gift, the person or family indicated promptly receives a personalized tribute card notifying them of your thoughtful gift, without revealing the amount. Or you can choose to have the card sent to you. Each gift may be tax-deductible and you will receive an acknowledgement for your donation.
Donate in Honor of Someone
Make a donation to celebrate a loved one, patient or colleague. Upon making an ‘In Honor’ the person or family indicated promptly receives a personalized tribute card notifying them of your thoughtful gift, without revealing the amount. Or you can choose to have the card sent to you. Each gift may be tax-deductible and you will receive an acknowledgement for your donation.
Create a Memorial Page
Honor your loved one by creating a memorial page and inviting others to donate in their memory. Customize your page with a picture and story about your loved one. All donors will be acknowledged for their donation, and you’re provided a list of all who donated.
