VAM23 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • What are the Health and Safety protocols that will be taken at the VAM this year?
    • The health and safety of VAM meeting attendees is SVS’s top priority. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment in which attendees can connect with their peers and discuss the latest innovation, research, and educational content. Masks are not required at VAM23 and will be optional. Please respect those that choose to wear a mask. If necessary, attendees will be notified about any new safety protocols being implemented prior to the event. All health and safety protocols are subject to change but will constantly be updated on this page.
  • How do I secure a hotel room for VAM23?
    • The official host of VAM23 is the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for VAM23 attendees and exhibitors. New This Year! To secure a hotel room at the Gaylord National, you must first be registered for VAM23. Hotel reservation information will be made available after the completion of your registration.
  • How do I retrieve my login information while onsite at the VAM?
    • If you do not remember your username and password, you can reset it. If you require further assistance, please contact membership@vascularsociety.org or visit the onsite Tech Help Desk located on the Ballroom Level.

    • The Mobile App will launch two weeks prior to the meeting dates.  If you do not already have the mobile app, you can search “SVS Events” in the App Store or Google Play. This is the same username and password you use to sign on to your SVS account.
