Family Policy
VAM, VQI and SVN Annual Meeting Family Policy
All attendees and their guests must be registered and wear a badge while attending the VAM, VQI Annual Meeting or SVN Annual Meeting. For VAM23 guests that plan to only attend the SVS Connect@VAM event on Wednesday, June 14, guest tickets may be purchased via the primary registrant and a separate guest pass is not required for this event.
Children are permitted in the public and common areas of the meetings. However, attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Due to the nature of the content being presented, we recommend that children under the age of 16 not attend educational sessions. If a child attends an educational session and is disruptive, the adult supervising the child will be asked to relocate outside the session room to a public space.
Children are not permitted on the exhibition floor unless given permission by SVS. Please contact svsmeetings@vascularsociety.org to request access to the Exhibition.
Childcare/Babysitting Services
There are no official babysitting services at the Gaylord National or onsite at VAM. However, local childcare may be arranged through the below company:
