SVS is pleased to offer a discounted VAM25 registration fee for all international attendees representing countries that DO NOT appear on the list below.* The discounted registration fee will automatically be applied to all online and faxed registration forms.

SVS welcomes vascular team members from around the world to take part in our premier education event in the vascular surgery arena. To help secure your visa to New Orleans, you can use our downloadable form to create a personalized invitation letter to the 2025 Vascular Annual Meeting.
As listed on your passport, please complete the following fillable boxes within the PDF form:
- Date
- Full Name of Attendee
- Full Address
- If applicable, include your company name in the address box.
- Passport Number
- Country of Issue
- Expiration Date
Please note: SVS cannot intervene with either U.S. embassies abroad or with the U.S. State Department. It is recommended that you print out and bring this letter as well as your meeting registration confirmation to your visa interview.

Helpful Links for Traveling to the United States
Attendee Housing
VAM25 housing will open on March 5, in conjunction with VAM25 registration. To secure a hotel room in the VAM25 block, you must first be registered for VAM25. Hotel reservation information becomes available after the completion of your registration.
The Headquarters hotel for VAM25 is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, located a short 5-minute walk from Morial Convention Center, or accessible indoors via the Riverwalk Mall.
All hotels in the official VAM25 room block are walkable to the convention center. No shuttles will be provided.
Preparing to Attend VAM25
As you prepare for your trip to VAM25, please ensure you have all necessary travel documents easily accessible. This may include your passport, visa (if applicable), travel itinerary, hotel and registration confirmations, and any supporting documents related to your participation in the meeting.
We strongly recommend printing hard copies of these documents, including your international invitation letter and hotel and registration confirmations, to help avoid any issues going through customs.
Flight Discounts on Select Airlines
