VAM25 housing will open on March 5, in conjunction with VAM25 registration. To secure a hotel room in the VAM25 block, you must first be registered for VAM25. Hotel reservation information becomes available after the completion of your registration.

The Headquarters hotel for VAM25 is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, located a short 5-minute walk from Morial Convention Center, or accessible indoors via the Riverwalk Mall.

All hotels in the official VAM25 room block are walkable to the convention center. No shuttles will be provided.

MCI USA is the Official Housing Provider for VAM25. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than MCI USA is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to SVS and MCI USA.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

The official headquarters hotel of VAM25 is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Riverside and several other nearby hotels for VAM25 attendees and exhibitors. To secure a hotel room within the official VAM25 hotel block, you must first be registered for VAM25. Hotel reservation information will be made available after the completion of your registration. What is rate integrity?

Throughout the booking process, SVS monitors the hotel rates in New Orleans. You can rest assured that we are working hard to get the best rates for you! The quoted rates are for one night and exclude taxes and additional fees. Most hotels will charge for three or more people to a room. Some hotels with premium rooms may charge additional fees for a specific room type.

What are the hotel booking deadlines?

The deadline to book hotel accommodations in the VAM25 block is Friday, May 9, 2025. Changes or cancellations to your reservation may be made until Wednesday, May 28, 2025 by contacting MCI USA by phone at 972-349-5435 or by email at svs@mcievents.com. Starting Thursday, May 29, 2025, contact the hotel(s) directly to make any changes to your hotel reservation. You must cancel your hotel reservation no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge to your credit card.

Is a hotel deposit required when reserving a room?

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be collected at the time of booking. Reservations may be changed or cancelled until 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Changes, including shortened stays, and/or cancellations received after 72 hours prior to arrival will assess a one night’s room and tax penalty.
