How to Submit VAM26 Education Session Proposals

Post-Selection

If a proposal is chosen for inclusion in the VAM program, submitters are required to:

  • Collaborate with the PGEC on the development and delivery of the proposed sessions and adherence to all meeting requirements.
  • Co-moderate their proposed session alongside a moderator selected from the PGEC. The PGEC moderator helps to coordinate the final agenda, supports faculty selection and ensures no duplication of session content with other sessions occurring at the VAM.
