Vascular Annual Meeting Exhibitor Registration Procedures
Convenient, online registration is available to exhibitors 24/7. Save time and avoid waiting in line onsite – register ONLINE now. The online system is quick and easy to use. You can use this site to add new registrants, edit current registrants, as well as check to see who is already registered from your company.
Follow these simple steps:
1.LOGIN to the exhibitor registration site.
2.Enter your username and password when prompted.
3.Follow the instructions and complete the required information.
Usernames and passwords were previously emailed to your company’s key contact in early June. If you are in need of your user name and password, please contact Customer Service at 844-353-2915 or 224-563-3756 (outside of the U.S.) (M-F, 9:00am - 5pm, CST) or email at email@example.com.
All confirmed exhibiting companies are allotted five badges for every 100 square feet. Each badge over the allotment will be charged at $100 each. An exhibitor badge allows access to the exhibit hall in addition to all SVS Scientific Sessions (located in room 6 D/E, located on the second level).
Please pick up your badge on-site at the Registration area in the San Diego Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A. Exhibitor registration opens Wednesday, August 18 at 6:00 am. Please refer to the VAM website for full program information.
