Registration Change Policy
To ensure smooth event operations and accurate planning, we ask all participants to carefully select their preferred attendance format (in-person or virtual) at the time of registration.
Requests to change registration type from in-person to virtual (or vice versa) made after initial registration will incur a $250 change fee. This fee reflects the administrative and logistical adjustments required to accommodate last-minute changes. All change requests must be submitted in writing to Meetings@vascularsociety.org. We encourage participants to finalize their attendance preference at the time of registration to avoid additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations for the event must be submitted in writing via email to svsmeetings@vascularsociety.org by September 25, 2026. Cancellations received by September 25 will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 25 are non-refundable.
