Section on Outpatient & Office Vascular Care (SOOVC)


In 2018, the SVS created a new membership section for clinicians who work in outpatient and office vascular care centers. The section’s mission is to establish a forum where members can work to advance the care of patients with vascular disease in outpatient settings by enhancing SVS efforts in education, advocacy, quality practice, ethics and research. Since its start, the section has grown to over 130 members. 


SVS SOOVC membership is available to all SVS members in good-standing who are interested in outpatient and office vascular care. Hospital/practice administrators are also welcome to join as Affiliate members.

The Sub-Section on Outpatient and Office Vascular Care (SOOVC) is seeking four volunteers for its Executive Committee (EC). This EC consists of nine members and is a working committee. Research Work Group

Deadline: Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021

The SVS is seeking volunteers for the SOOVC Research Work Group. The group's focus is to develop policy related to OBL research; foster the development, implementation, and presentation of research related to outpatient vascular care; and review gaps in the literature, develop research questions, and select research topics. 

In this application, you will have the opportunity to highlight your experiences which would be a benefit to this committee. Please summarize your professional history as it relates to medical research and OBLs.
