Can I put my poster up early? If so, where?

Yes! Posters being displayed for either the Poster Competition or Interactive Poster Session may display their posters when the exhibit hall opens at 10:00 am on Thursday.  As a reminder, all posters must be removed at the close of the show at 5:00 pm on Friday.

How do I log in to the mobile app?

If you do not already have the mobile app, you can search “SVS Events” in the app store. Download the app to your device. Once it has downloaded, launch the app by clicking on it. The app will ask you for a username and password. This is the same username and password you use to sign on to your SVS account.

How do I retrieve my login information?

If you do not remember your username and password, you can reset it. If you require further assistance, please contact membership@vascularsociety.org or visit the on-site Tech Help Desk located in Room 6AB Foyer.

Is there an age minimum for Guest Passes?

At events with alcohol present, the age minimum is 21.

What does a Guest Pass allow access to?

A guest pass allows access to any events located in the Scientific Session Room.  In addition, guest passes include admission into the VAM exhibit hall.   

What are the VAM21 registration fees?

What if I am only attending the meeting for one day?

Currently, only full registration is available.  VAM registration fees are priced much more economically than our competitors. 

Do I still have to pay for the event if I am just speaking at one session?

Yes, all faculty are required to pay the required registration fee.

What if I just want to go to a ticketed item?

Select events are eligible to obtain a ‘ticket only’ registration:  VQI Annual Meeting, Postgraduate Courses, RPVI Exam Review Course, and/or SVS/STS Aortic Summit.

Does my Exhibit Hall pass work to get into my poster presentation?

If you are a presenter, you are required to pay the VAM registration fee.

Is there breakfast and lunch included every day? Where? Do I need a ticket?

Yes, there is breakfast and lunch included every day. You do need a ticket to obtain a meal. Tickets are available at the registration counter and you will submit that for your boxed lunch or admission into the meal area.

If I registered for SVN, do I have access to the VAM?

If you registered for the SVN meeting, you do have access to all VAM events but will be required to register for VAM programming so that you are eligible to request a certificate of attendance.  In addition, additional fees may be required for select courses.  

If I registered for VQI, do I have access to the VAM?

Yes, if you registered for VQI, you do have access to attend other open access VAM sessions but will be required to pay the additional fees required for workshops or courses.   

Can SVN registrants claim CME?

SVN registrants are eligible to claim credit for their program.  Contact forms will be distributed at the SVN session.  SVN registrants may also apply for a certificate of attendance through the CME application link found in the mobile app or the SVS website but must have registered for the VAM events.

I registered for VAM, how do I claim CME?

You can claim CME two ways, on the website or through the mobile app. You will have to sign in using your SVS username and password.

Will I have access to the sessions after the meeting? 

You will be able access the recorded sessions via the LMS approximately 6-8 weeks following the last day of the meeting.

How do I access streamed sessions?

You can access streamed sessions via the streaming tile, found on the landing page of the online planner. *As a reminder, you will need to be registered and logged in to the meeting.

I can’t attend live, how do I participate at VAM?

This year’s VAM offers a virtual meeting option. You can register for this option on the VAM website registration page. Click Register Today!

What are the Health and Safety protocols that will be taken at VAM this year?

What are the Scavenger hunt prizes?

This year’s prizes include: First place is an American Airlines voucher totaling $3,000, 2nd place is a $1,500 Apple Gift Card and 3rd place is a $500 Amazon Gift Card

Where can I get a receipt?

Your receipt can be emailed to you upon request at the registration counter. If you do not receive an email with your registration details, please email vascular@vascularsociety.org to request a copy of your receipt.

How do I sign-up for the Mock Interview sessions?

The Mock Interview session was an invitation only event with limited seats.  Please contact vascular@vascularsociety.org if you are interested in participating.
